Book titled A wonderful boy, R. J. Palacio #1

Hey,

 today I will present you a book entitled A wonderful boy, by R. J. Palacio. I have to admit that I did not read this book, but I was at the cinema. August is an intelligent, witty boy and his life would probably look very different, if not for one mutated gene for which he has a deformed face and had to undergo 27 operations before he was 10 years old. Until now, he looked at himself through the eyes of his unconditionally loving parents and sister. Now, when he goes to school - immediately to the fifth grade - he will face the world of his peers and older students, with ostracism, prejudices, and sometimes with ordinary rudeness and meanness. He suddenly meets with real friendship and love. In the end, as he says, "We should all get a standing ovation at least once in a lifetime, because each of us wins this world" R. J. Palacio.
